Weight Loss Express
We are currently taking reservations for
January 2009 Weight Loss Express Class. Nutrition
is 80% of your fitness program, this 8 week nutrition
education program is designed to help you lose 20
pounds in 2 months and is available for both members
and nonmembers. We will be running both a morning
and evening class starting Monday January 5th. We
will meet every Monday and Thursday, the morning class
is 9:00 am to 10:00 am and the evening class is 5:30
pm to 6:30 pm.
