ZUMBA Classes
Now Offering ZUMBA Classes 3 Times a Week. Classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturday mornings @10:30am. Classes are open to both Members and Non-members!
ZUMBA is a combination of latin rhythms and easy to follow moves which create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. ZUMBA combines Latin flavor and international zest!
